We are so proud to announce that The Brewster Inn now has an official vegetarian menu that is launching tonight!
We take great pride in the ability and creativity of our culinary team, and we are always willing to go "off menu" for a dietary restriction or a food allergy. In past if a guest did not eat meat, we would create special appetizers and entrées upon request.However, thanks to the suggestions from our customers and the overwhelming demand for meat-free dishes, we felt that now was the time to have a printed vegetarian menu. Additionally, many items listed can be made vegan and gluten-free as well. And ofcourse, we will continue to offer a selection of nightly specials - some of which are vegan and vegetarian.
This menu is in addition to our current menu, and can be asked for by request. This menu will also be available for take-out as well.
