The 4th has to be one of our favorite holidays by far! We love any chance to celebrate America, and there's no better way to do it than by being on the water.
As with year's past we are offering a few different ways to maximize the holiday.
Gourmet Market: Planning on grilling out at home? Grab some steaks, salmon, pork chops and more from our gourmet market. Need a little extra assistance? The market is chef-operated, so feel free to ask question on cuts, preparations, etc. we are here to help. Remember we also sell marinades, pre-made items like potatoes, pies, and more! Dinner Reservations In The Restaurant: Looking to do dinner at the restaurant, and leave the cooking to us? No problem! Reservations are available from 5pm to 9pm at www.resy.com or by calling 315.655.9232. Parties of 8 or more must call The Brewster Inn to book. We will be serving the regular menu plus specials for the holiday. Guests are reserved a 2-hour allotment of time on their table, and after dinner they are invited to bring blankets and chairs down to the lawn for the fireworks. Fireworks should start promptly at 9pm. Booking Policy: Tables are limted on a night like this, so all reservations will be secured with a credit card. After July 2nd, 2024 at 12noon any reservations that are no-shows or cancellations will be charged $40 per person.
No Reservations At The Gazebo Bar: Not interested in reservations, the gazebo bar will be open at 5pm on a first come, first served basis. The bar boasts 20 seats around the outside and has 7 tables that are available too! For overflow, customers are always welcome to get drinks and food at the bar and then bring it down to the rocking chairs at the water's edge. The full menu will be available here all night. Keep in mind, we fill up fast, so arrive early.
Drive Up or Dockside Takeout: One of our favorite ways to enjoy food from The Brewster Inn is through our robust takeout menu. Check out the to-go menu online www.thebrewsterinn.com/takeout and then call the front desk to order at 315.655.9232. We typically need a half hour notice for most food items, however you can call anytime after 8am to schedule your pickup for a later time.
